2009 to 2011

Founded by maritime professionals and built on standards alignment, quality systems, and accessible seafarer training.

2012 to 2019

Expanded industry partnerships, type-specific maritime offerings, Iloilo access, offshore capability, and the Silang practical training branch.

2020 to 2025

Strengthened digital systems, broadened regional reach, refreshed the brand, formalized PeopleSkills, launched Technical Skills, and established CSI.

2026 to 2029

Established IMP, advanced the COMPASS Foundation, and adopted the Group’s 3-year strategic roadmap.

COMPASS began with the goal of making credible, globally aligned seafarer training more accessible. Its later growth added offshore readiness, people development, technical capability, public safety, marine assurance, and community impact.
